Telephone start coming in thick and fast - patients looking to book appointments for our services or requesting prescription collection.

Patients walk-in with prescriptions, followed by students requiring pre-vacation vaccination, then office staff for the flu jab but no time for the GP. 1pm - Lunchtime - what lunchtime?!

Charlotte returns from her surgery prescription pick-up trip only to disappear again to deliver prescriptions (she delivers to Knighton, Clarendon Park, Queens Rd, Stoneygate and all round Welford Road).
